shown a steady growth in the aircraft maintenance and overhaul market. The
company's main objective is to provide airline operators with quality
service every time, while offering a reduced overall cost. To
accomplish this, the company's approved maintenance organization has
been developed to provide airline operators with a full compliment of
support capabilities, including the following: - Aircraft repairs and modifications

- Aircraft maintenance and overhauls
- Aircraft line maintenance services
- On-site and mobile work crews (World Wide)
FMS support capabilities also provide technical and mechanical assistance in the following areas: - Aircraft and records auditing
- Aircraft valuations and spares sales
- Aircraft maintenance systems and programs
- Aircraft maintenance auditing
- Aircraft Importing and Exporting, MD-M rated
FMS
facilities are located at the Winnipeg International Airport, and
operates under the following Approved Maintenance Organizations: - AMO No. 80-97 - maintenance
- AMO No. 84-94 - avionics
